These Terms of Service apply to the use of fremateg.com and purchases from FREMAT. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Store use

You must provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content for unlawful purposes.

Products and appearance

FREMAT supplies made-to-order framed wall art. Screen settings, lighting, printing materials, and natural variations may cause minor differences between the displayed image and the finished product. Product dimensions refer to the selected finished size unless stated otherwise.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted after it has been successfully submitted and confirmed. Prices and available payment methods are shown at checkout. We may contact you to verify order information and may refuse or cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, unavailable materials, or incorrect information.

Changes and cancellation

Contact us immediately if you need to correct an order. Because products are made to the customer's selected specifications, changes or cancellation cannot be guaranteed after production has started. Any mandatory cancellation rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Delivery

We deliver across Egypt through Bosta, normally within 7 days after order confirmation. Delivery is subject to the Shipping Policy and the accuracy and accessibility of the address provided.

Returns, damage, and replacement

Made-to-order products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied products are handled according to our Refund Policy. When courier damage is confirmed, we arrange the return and provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Intellectual property

The FREMAT name, branding, product images, artwork presentations, text, graphics, and website content may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or used commercially without written permission, except where permitted by law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FREMAT is not responsible for indirect losses or delays outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or customer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Mandatory consumer rights under Egyptian law remain in effect.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from its stated update date.
