Delivery coverage

FREMAT delivers to addresses across Egypt through Bosta.

Delivery time

Orders are delivered within 7 days after order confirmation. Please provide a complete and accurate address and a reachable Egyptian phone number to avoid delays.

Shipping fees

The shipping fee shown at checkout applies to your order. Shipping is currently free across Egypt.

Order tracking and delivery

When tracking information is available, it may be sent by email, phone, or WhatsApp. Bosta may contact you to arrange delivery. If an order cannot be delivered because the address or phone number is incorrect, we may contact you to arrange another delivery attempt.

Courier damage

Please inspect the package when it arrives and keep the original packaging until you confirm that the product is in good condition. If the product is damaged during delivery, contact us as soon as possible and send your order number, clear photos or video of the package, and clear photos of the damage.

Once courier damage is confirmed, FREMAT will arrange the return of the damaged product and send a replacement order at no additional cost.
